Description
AECOM is hiring a Data Center Control System Designer for its Buildings and Places group. The role is primarily remote and can be based from various United States office locations, with occasional advance-scheduled travel for client meetings, project milestones, onsite collaboration, or other business-critical activities. Responsibilities include designing automation and SCADA systems for mechanical, electrical, and ICT infrastructure; developing control sequences, network architectures, points lists, basis of design documents, and technical specifications; coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and ICT design teams; and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, including four years as an instrumentation and control engineer or controls contractor, along with experience in BAS, PLC, and power monitoring systems.
