Description

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of control algorithm development for dynamic systems
Hands-on experience with automatic control of off-highway industrial machinery
Experience testing, verifying, validating, and productizing control algorithms
Experience with data acquisition, processing, and analytics for control systems
Familiarity with requirements decomposition and management tools
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, GNC, or a related engineering field
Expertise in Kalman filters, GNSS+IMU state estimation, and sensor fusion
Experience with hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuation systems
Background in GNC for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems
Experience with systems identification, Simscape, Simulink code generation, and HIL/SIL testing
Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with ROS
Experience with safety-critical software development and certification
Experience integrating modern AI methodologies into control systems
Experience leading small technical projects
