Akkodis is hiring a full-time, permanent Control System Engineer – Automotive in Bologna, Italy. The role focuses on defining and analyzing control-system requirements and algorithms, developing model-based design and code, executing MIL, SiL, PiL, and HiL tests, supporting rapid prototyping, managing calibration databases, and resolving development and field issues. Candidates need a master's degree in automotive, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field, at least two years of similar automotive experience, and proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Vector tools, ETAS Inca, C or Python, and Italian and English at B2 level. The position offers a gross annual salary of 32,000–34,000 euros and no telework.
