Description
QuEra is hiring a Control System Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer to integrate, maintain, test, and troubleshoot the hardware and software systems that control its quantum computers. The role manages science, development, and testing infrastructure, including HIL setups, containerized services, networking equipment, compute systems, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. It requires LAN/WAN, Linux and Windows administration, scripting, container and Kubernetes knowledge, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and rack-mount server experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 5–8 years in network SQA, systems engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. The salary range is $160,000–$200,000, with equity grants for new hires.
