Freeport-McMoRan is hiring an Industrial Automation and Control Systems IT Systems Administrator to support servers, workstations, Active Directory, security services, backups, antivirus, operating-system patching, Ethernet and fiber/UTP network infrastructure, and industrial automation systems at its Miami smelter and rod plant. The role coordinates with Process Control and Plant Engineering, develops system procedures and upgrades, and promotes safety and environmental compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or substantial experience in industrial automation, LAN administration, software troubleshooting, systems maintenance, or application support, along with LAN and industrial automation knowledge.
