EquipmentShare is hiring a Control Systems Engineer at its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. The role focuses on designing, integrating, standardizing, and commissioning control systems across generators, BESS, load banks, electrical distribution, climate control, and compressed air equipment. Responsibilities include PLC logic and HMI development, Modbus mapping, industrial protocol configuration, T3 telematics integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and support for new equipment and fleet optimization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least three years of control systems engineering experience.
