Description
Thea Energy is hiring a Control Systems Engineer to support the design and integration of the control system for the Integrated Eos Stellarator. The role covers control strategy development, distributed control architecture, dynamic modeling, classical and advanced control algorithms, PLC/DCS/HMI implementation, technical documentation, and integration across power, cryogenic, vacuum, utility, and other plant systems. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least two years of control-system development experience, strong MATLAB and Simulink proficiency, and experience with Python or technical programming environments. The position offers a salary of $120,000-$160,000, health benefits, equity stock options, and 20 days of paid time off.
