Description
The Control Systems Manager will lead automation, operational technology, and advanced process control strategy for air separation plants. The role directs a multidisciplinary automation team, manages engineering projects and budgets, oversees PLC/SCADA standards and OT infrastructure, supports continuous plant operations, leads modernization and commissioning projects, drives energy efficiency and digital transformation, and coordinates with operations, safety, quality, engineering, and cybersecurity teams. The position is based in the Irving, Texas office.
