ShipBob is hiring a full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) for its Control Tower team in a remote India role. The SME will support midmarket merchants through white-glove account management, warehouse receiving order creation, inventory transfers, B2B and FBA order tracking, shipping coordination, quality-control follow-up, reporting, and escalation of urgent issues. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, along with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
