Description
The Control Tower Shift Manager will lead on-site control tower operations for SCS Railways' SCS Logistics team on the HS2 London Tunnels project at Willesden Junction. The role manages logistics coordinators, oversees shift tasks and handovers, conducts briefings, drives team performance and continuous improvement, acts as systems super user, escalates incidents, and deputises for the Control Tower Manager. Candidates need strong English communication, organisation, IT skills including Excel and Word, teamwork, and problem-solving; construction logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
