Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-7 years of accounting experience
at least 2 years in a Controller or senior accounting role
Preferred Qualifications: CPA a plus
Prior experience in healthcare, medical group operations, behavioral health, or outpatient healthcare settings strongly preferred
Strong understanding of month-end close processes, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle basics, and payer reimbursement a plus
Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems
