St. Anne’s-Belfield School is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. The Controller will report to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) and play a crucial role in budgeting, cash management, and endowment oversight. This position involves driving financial reporting, managing audits, overseeing accounting operations, administering endowments, collaborating cross-departmentally, optimizing tuition tracking, mentoring staff, and completing various data reporting tasks.
