Idaho First Bank is hiring a full-time Controller in Boise, Idaho to lead and execute day-to-day accounting operations, maintain the general ledger and subsidiary records, oversee month-end and year-end close, strengthen internal controls, and support regulatory, financial, tax, and audit reporting. The role is hands-on and requires collaboration with bank leaders, auditors, regulators, and external tax consultants, along with staff development and process improvement in a community banking environment.
