3 Forks Services is hiring a hands-on Controller in Williston, North Dakota to lead daily accounting operations and supervise accounts payable and billing staff. The role manages monthly and annual close, financial reporting, job costing, customer billing, accounts receivable, vendor reconciliation, payroll support, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls. Candidates need at least five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including monthly close and financial reporting, plus accounting staff supervision experience; construction, oilfield services, trucking, billing platforms, job costing, Excel, and QuickBooks Enterprise experience are preferred.
