Flex is hiring a Controller/Finance Manager in Milpitas, California, to report to the Sr. Controller of Finance and lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, month close, controls, compliance, and finance-team management. The role partners with operational and functional leaders, supports business decisions, drives profitability and cash flow, and oversees accounting and financial processes. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least eight years of related experience are typically required; manufacturing or cost-accounting experience, ERP and OneStream knowledge, and professional certifications are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $123,600 to $170,000 annually and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
