Description
The Controller will lead and structure the Accounting, Tax, Controllership, and FP&A functions for a real estate development company, ensuring reliable monthly closes, consistent financial information, and timely management reporting. The role will oversee SPEs and SCPs, consolidate results, manage budgets and rolling forecasts, analyze variances and risks, support capital allocation and investment decisions, strengthen internal controls and governance, and improve processes through ERP, BI, automation, and artificial intelligence. The position requires established experience in Controllership, Accounting, and/or FP&A, with real estate development experience preferred.
