Description
ALOM is hiring an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, accounting operations, reporting, internal controls, audits, ERP enhancements, and financial planning across its U.S. locations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will support budgeting, forecasting, cost efficiency, margin improvement, treasury, tax, regulatory compliance, and the development of a lean finance organization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 8–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and onsite work in Fremont, California, or Indianapolis, Indiana.
