Description
ALOM is hiring an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, audits, ERP enhancements, treasury, tax, and compliance across its U.S. locations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will support financial planning and analysis, collaborate with operations and supply chain teams, and lead a lean finance organization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 8–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and onsite work in Fremont, California, or Indianapolis, Indiana.
