Description
The Controller will oversee the firm’s accounting and financial operations, including financial procedures, ledgers, internal controls, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax support, audit documentation, and insurance coverage. The role also supervises finance personnel and collaborates with partners, leadership, the finance team, and Human Resources. A degree in accounting or a related field is required, while five or more years of related accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience and experience managing or supervising finance personnel are preferred.
