Arightco is hiring a full-time Controller to serve small and medium-sized businesses and Series Seed, A, and B startups. The role is client-facing and responsible for accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, internal controls, compliance, audits, and management of accounting and finance teams. The Controller will lead 10–15+ onshore and offshore teams, manage client expectations, and provide financial guidance and recommendations. The position may be based at the company office or a remote client business location and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 8–10 years of accounting or finance experience.
