Controller at AST

AST is hiring a full-time, onsite Controller in Tacoma to manage the accounting department and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, ERP systems, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and financial analysis. The role supports the CEO, CFO, functional leaders, and Board of Directors while evaluating accounting-team performance and partnering with cross-functional teams and external auditors. Candidates need at least eight years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience in manufacturing or a related industry, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline, and strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills; CPA is preferred.
