Description
Atera is hiring a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, audits, revenue recognition, and process improvements. The role collaborates with FP&A, Legal, and Operations, supports accounting-system implementation and automation, and may assist with financial analysis and special projects. The position requires a licensed CPA, 2–3 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar role after internship, and a Big 4 accounting internship; NetSuite, B2B SaaS, Excel, communication, organization, project management, and analytical skills are also required or preferred.
