Description
Atoms is hiring a Controller to own the financial close, accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, audit readiness, and accounting infrastructure for one of its operating businesses. The role manages accounting across multiple entities, business lines, and geographies; partners with finance, legal, tax, treasury, and other business leaders; and builds scalable accounting teams and processes. It requires a CPA, 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, U.S. GAAP expertise, ERP systems fluency, and experience with complex, rapidly scaling businesses. The role is onsite in New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles and offers a base salary of $320,000 to $380,000 per year, plus potential equity and performance-based bonus.
