Description
The Controller at Axiom Care leads and oversees the company's accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely financial information. This role involves managing general accounting operations, overseeing accounts payable, payroll accounting, revenue recognition, and various close processes like month-end and year-end. The Controller ensures compliance with GAAP, establishes scalable accounting processes, and produces accurate financial reports for executives and stakeholders. They also partner with the CFO for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, focusing on achieving reporting deadlines and communicating financial insights.
