The generalist role serves as the financial and operational backbone of a growing education and language services company, covering billing, collections, cash management, payroll, benefits, HR administration, compliance, vendor management, financial reporting, tax filings, and insurance and facility compliance. Candidates need at least five years of bookkeeping, payroll, and/or office management experience, along with Excel, QuickBooks Online, payroll-platform, multi-state filing, 1099/W-2, and benefits administration experience.
