Balor Games is hiring a fully remote Controller to manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end close, accounting operations, financial controls, audits, tax compliance, lender covenants, and investor reporting. The role partners with the CFO and CEO on fundraising, M&A, publishing deal accounting, and the accounting team’s growth, with a Pacific Time Zone preference and light travel. The position requires extensive accounting experience, including public accounting, high-growth startup work, QuickBooks Online, US GAAP, M&A, and complex financial instruments; compensation is $130,000–$160,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
