Banner Associates is hiring a Controller to serve as the company’s financial leader and oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, project accounting, cash management, compliance, financial systems, and related administrative responsibilities. The role also leads and coaches the Accounting Associate, coordinates audits and regulatory filings, maintains stock ownership records, and improves financial processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, 8–10 years of progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax requirements; CPA or MBA experience is preferred.
