Controller at Banza

Banza is hiring a Controller to lead its accounting function as the company scales. The role owns the monthly close, GAAP compliance, cash and working capital, inventory and COGS accounting, accounts payable and receivable, debt covenant compliance, audit and tax, accounting controls and systems, and the development of the accounting team. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive corporate finance and accounting experience at a strong Controller level, manufacturing or CPG cost-accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record of strengthening controls and scaling finance systems. The salary range is $175,000–$215,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day 1.
