The role involves senior financial management and accounting services, client success, growth strategy support, process improvement, budgeting and forecasting, and internal controls. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, including three years as a Controller, a bachelor’s degree, accounting operations leadership experience, and willingness to travel within their local market. The position offers a salary of $120,000 to $210,000, quarterly bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other compensation and development benefits.
