Description
Cape is hiring a Controller to build accounting processes, implement an ERP and quote-to-cash systems, prepare for and lead its first PCAOB audit, own AR, AP, payroll, tax, and state compliance, maintain audit-ready books and financial statements, and hire and develop an accounting team. The role reports to the Head of Internal Operations and requires CPA certification, ASC 606 knowledge, at least six years of progressive accounting experience including two years at a Big 4 firm, and end-to-end audit leadership. The New York and Arlington salary range is $230,000–$270,000, with medical, dental, and vision premium coverage and other benefits.
