Description
The Controller will lead accounting and financial operations for a multi-location retail organization in the Louisville, Kentucky area. The role oversees financial reporting, the monthly close, accounts payable and receivable, the general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, debt and covenant compliance, capital investment analysis, audits, and financial controls. It also provides oversight to accounting support staff and serves as a financial resource to senior leadership and ownership. The position is primarily in-office with some flexibility and offers $100,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
