Description
The Controller will serve as a senior-level manager overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting operations for a client supporting commercial and residential real estate portfolios and nonprofits. The role leads five accounting staff, manages accounting systems and close, cash flow, internal controls, audits, tax and financial reporting, compliance, cost controls, and global accounting processes, while mentoring and developing the accounting team. The position requires a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, public accounting or audit experience, QuickBooks experience, and 8–10+ years of accounting leadership experience, with a stated salary of $160,000–$180,000 and in-office work.
