Description
Change Church Inc. is hiring a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across its multi-site church. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller owns the general ledger, monthly and year-end close, GAAP-aligned financial statements, accounting policies, internal controls, budget and forecasting support, and financial-system oversight of Sage Intacct and Ramp. The role supervises the Assistant Controller, develops accounting leaders, and provides analytical support to the CFO and executive team. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience, three years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience, and advanced GAAP, close, and internal-control knowledge are required; CPA, a master’s degree, and nonprofit or multi-site experience are preferred. The target annual salary is $80,000 to $95,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
