Controller at ClarityPay

ClarityPay is hiring a hands-on Controller to own the company's accounting function end-to-end, including GAAP financial reporting, the monthly close, external audit leadership, tax compliance, internal controls, and accounting systems. The role reports to the Head of Finance, collaborates with FP&A, and is designed to be both operational and a player-coach as the company scales. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting, and experience in fintech, lending, or financial services. The position offers a salary of $150,000–$180,000, equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
