Description
The role leads the company’s financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, general ledger, financial reporting, fixed assets, inventory, tax compliance, and internal audit activities. It supervises accounting staff, coordinates with auditors, analyzes operating results, and recommends cost-reduction and profit-improvement actions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, CPA or CMA advanced degrees desired, and 4–7 years of financial and/or cost accounting experience.
