Description
The Controller will support the Managing Director and executives on business-related topics, develop company and project controlling, prepare budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans, analyze variances, build KPI systems and reports, evaluate profitability and investment cases, and improve controlling processes and systems. The role requires a degree in business administration focused on controlling or accounting, several years of controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and practical knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The position offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.
