Continental is hiring a Finance Automation Specialist to join its controlling team for the Iberian sales business. The role focuses on month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, identifying and automating repetitive manual work, building Power BI reporting, and collaborating with the company’s automation team. Candidates should have a quantitative engineering, business, or information systems background, 0–4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python; Spanish or Portuguese and working English are required.
