Description
Pine Services Group is hiring a Controller to lead accounting strategy across its growing portfolio of operating companies. Reporting to the CFO, the role partners with Controllers and accounting leaders to strengthen financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, consolidation, banking and treasury, and accounting policies. The position also develops accounting talent, supports IPO readiness and acquisitions, and drives standardized processes across a decentralized organization. Candidates need 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, prior operating-company accounting leadership, US GAAP and financial reporting expertise, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and an active CPA license.
