Degussa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join their Controlling team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial KPIs, creating reports, identifying optimization opportunities, contributing to budget and forecast preparations, reviewing sales channel profitability, ensuring accurate data transfer with Accounting, monitoring CAPEX investments, and tracking project budgets. This role requires a strong background in controlling, particularly in a mid-sized company setting, along with excellent analytical, communication, and IT skills.
