Developmental Pathways is hiring a full-time Controller to support its Finance team. The role manages payroll, general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, accounts payable and receivable, IFRS compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Paycom expertise, corporate accounting experience, strong IFRS and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
