Schneider Gruppe is hiring a Controller to build and develop operational and strategic controlling for its corporate group. The role covers reporting structures and KPIs, budget, forecast, and variance analyses, revenue, profit, cost, and margin trends, stakeholder reporting, and advisory support for the Head of Finance & Controlling, management board, and specialist departments. Candidates need a business degree focused on controlling or finance, several years of professional controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and preferably Excel and Power BI expertise. The position is based in Chemnitz with up to two days of home office per week.
