Description
DILFO is hiring a permanent full-time Controller to lead the financial management, reporting, controls, construction accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, and financial analysis for the Dilfo Group of Companies. The role also provides leadership oversight of Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll, with opportunities to progress toward a Director of Finance position. The position requires a CPA designation, 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience including significant construction industry experience, and strong ERP, job-costing, financial reporting, and payroll knowledge. Compensation is $140,000–$190,000 per year, with health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, paid wellness days, a fitness program, and a discretionary bonus.
