The Controller will prepare and analyze financial reports, conduct budget-vs-actual and variance analyses, support forecasts and budget planning, develop internal controlling tools, contribute to strategic planning, and present key figures for business decisions. The role requires a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, several years of controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, DATEV, Navision, or LucaNet.
