The role maintains and develops operational controlling, handles budgeting, forecasting, plan-vs.-actual comparisons, variance analyses, business-related consulting, finance projects, and reporting standards. Candidates need a business degree or commercial apprenticeship with further training, at least three years of professional experience in sales and finance controlling, strong Excel skills, and good German and English. The position offers a gross annual salary of €65,000–€80,000, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home one to two days per week.
