Description
The Controller leads accounting operations for the Downtown Denver Partnership and its affiliated entities, overseeing financial reporting, monthly and year-end close, grants accounting, cash management, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The role reports to the CFO, manages a two-person accounting team, and supports Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, and banking and credit card systems. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including nonprofit or government fund accounting; CPA experience is strongly preferred. The expected salary is $125,000-$138,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
