Description
The Controller will prepare monthly reports and controlling for the ECON Group, lead finance department digitization, develop and optimize costing processes, prepare cost and performance accounting, and conduct plan-versus-actual analyses. The role requires business training focused on controlling or finance, approximately 3–5 years of controlling and accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical and process-oriented thinking, and good English. Knowledge of SAP R3, international mechanical engineering or industrial-company experience, and willingness to travel are preferred.
