Electric Mind is hiring a Controller to build and lead its accounting function across US and Canadian offices. The role owns accounting operations, compliance, financial reporting, close, payroll, audit support, tax compliance, cap table management, intercompany accounting, and FP&A, while developing and leading a four-person accounting team. Candidates need a CPA designation, at least seven years of finance and accounting experience including experience outside a professional services firm, US financial compliance and reporting experience, NetSuite experience, and experience with audit, compliance reporting, and payroll.
