Controller at Engineered Cooling Services

Engineered Cooling Services is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. The role oversees general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, job cost accounting, revenue recognition, treasury support, tax compliance, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. The Controller reports to the CFO, leads and develops the accounting team, and supports executive decision-making. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role, U.S. GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and accounting software experience.
