Description
The Controller will oversee accounting ledgers, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, budgets, inventory controls, internal controls, and continuous improvement across the accounting function. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, supervises 3–4 accountants and related financial-reporting personnel, and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience including three years in a leadership or management role, and experience with manufacturing accounting, standard costing, inventory controls, and ERP systems.
