Enhanced is hiring a full-time Accounting Manager to take ownership of its accounting function, stabilize the month-end close, resolve reconciliations and process gaps, improve controls and ERP systems, and prepare the company for public-company reporting and external audits. The role requires startup and public-company accounting experience, GAAP and financial reporting expertise, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment. Compensation is $230,000-$350,000, and remote work requires occasional travel to New York City.
